Dr. Nicole Holdman-Murphy is the Founder & CEO of As We Grow Learning Centers LLC. Her centers specialize in providing affordable flexible care options for working families. As the CEO of AWG, her focus is to provide high-quality early childhood care to underserved communities, while improving students' future educational outcomes.
Dr. Holdman-Murphy’s professional career spans 23 years in education with 16 years in the public school system, as an ESL teacher, curriculum writer, campus extended learning coordinator, and administrator.
She has worked closely with nonprofits, faith, and community-based organizations to coordinate and evaluate a range of evidence-based programs
supporting the second language acquisition skills of learners, school retention,
self-sufficiency, family education, and positive youth development.
Dr. Holdman-Murphy holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, a Master’s in Educational Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. Additionally, she is a mother of four and currently resides in Cypress, Texas with her husband's three youngest children.
